We are Communicorp UK, the 4th largest radio group in the UK, home to some of the biggest media brands broadcasting across the UK including Capital, Heart, Smooth and XS Manchester. We deliver Mobile Digital Out of Home campaigns via GoMo Digital and our group of companies includes the Sport Social Podcast Network, Europe’s largest sport podcast network.

For the purposes of how we use your personal information across our brands and platforms (e.g. our websites and apps) in the ways described in this Privacy Policy, Communicorp UK Limited is the main data controller. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information about you when you interact with our radio brands, apps, podcasts and this website.
Please note, this Privacy Policy does not apply to websites or text services operated by third parties that we may provide a link to which have separate Privacy and Cookie Policies.

This may include when you complete, apply for a job with us or contact us about advertising or any other enquiry.

If you enter a competition we may, if you have agreed, disclose your information to the competition sponsors. If you are a prize winner, we will give your information to the sponsors and share your information with the parties to provide prizes to the winners.
