Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish has a 'tough decision' to make regarding his future at the club according to teammate Conor Hourihane.

Grealish has enjoyed a magnificent individual campaign in what's been a difficult season for Aston Villa.

The midfielder has been subject to much speculation, with rumours linking him to a summer Villa Park exit.

Fellow Villa man Conor Hourihane feels Grealish's showing this season is worthy of an international call up.

Speaking to Sky Sports News, the Irishman said:

"Whatever Jack decides to do, that's up to him. He deserves everything he gets for me.

"He should be in the England squad as well because he has something that nobody else does in my opinion.

"Jack's obviously hugely talented. He's our talisman and he's had a fantastic season.

"He's been linked with so many clubs, lots of top teams around Europe. It's going to be a tough summer and a tough decision for Jack."
