Norwich City boss Daniel Farke has admitted it is unrealistic for his side to avoid Premier League relegation.

The Canaries remain rooted to the bottom of the table, after four successive defeats on their return to action.

Following yesterday’s 1-0 loss at home to Brighton, Farke told an interview with the BBC that was their final chance to stage a recovery.

The German boss praised his players effort against the Seagulls but claimed a lack of cutting edge had once again undermined their efforts.

Mathematically, his side can still survive, but if they lose at Watford in midweek, their immediate Championship return will be confirmed.
