Manchester United will be looking to close in on Top Four spot in Monday night action as the Red Devils kick off 2022 at home to Wolves.

Manchester United ended 2021 on a winning note against Burnley last time out with Wolves not featuring in Premier League action since December 19th.

On the back of that Burnley win, Ralf Rangnick has confirmed no new injury issues, but he could make a few changes.

Raphael Varane is expected to replace Eric Bailly in defence alongside the vital return of Portuguese star Bruno Fernandes after suspension.

As for Wolves, their December Covid-19 crisis appears to have eased ahead of the trip to Old Trafford.

Fabio Silva is set to come back but Rayan Alt Nouri won’t be rushed back until next weekend.

Adama Traore and Trincao could come back in, if Bruno Lage opts to shuffle his pack.

And this one kicks off with a 5.30pm start on Monday night at Old Trafford.
