Clashes between Liverpool and Arsenal have entered into Premier League folklore in recent seasons as Jurgen Klopp has dominated against the Gunners.

Liverpool have gotten the better of Arsenal on their last five visits to Anfield with Klopp unbeaten at home against the Gunners.

However, the picture looks a little different this time around with Mikel Arteta’s side heading north on the back of a ten-match unbeaten streak.

Arteta is unlikely to make sweeping changes this weekend, but Thomas Partey’s timely return could see the Ghanaian drafted in to replace Sambi Lokonga in midfield.

But, the injury picture is less clear for Klopp, with up to eight first teamers missing out for the hosts.

Liverpool duo Sadio Mane and Fabinho are set to shake off knocks but Jordan Henderson, Andy Robertson and Roberto Firmino all miss out.

And this key test for Arteta is set for a 5.30pm kick off on Saturday night at Anfield.
