Rafa Benitez has insisted his Everton job is not under threat ahead of tomorrow night’s trip to Chelsea.

The Spanish coach has come in for sustained criticism in recent weeks with Everton picking up just one win in their last ten as they face Chelsea.

But with the club backing him, for now, the former Liverpool boss will set about steadying the ship amid a growing injury crisis.

Richarlison has now joined Dominic Calvert-Lewin on the sidelines with Lucas Digne and Andros Townsend also unavailable.

Skipper Seamus Coleman will undergo a late check but Brazilan anchor man Allan should be fit to start.

As for Chelsea, their own injury crisis has begun to ease, with jut three players missing for Thomas Tuchel.

N’Golo Kante is unlikely to be risked, after only just returning to training, but Andreas Christensen and Romelu Lukaku could come in to start.

This one kicks off with a 7.45pm start on Thursday night at Stamford Bridge.
