Brighton find themselves in dire need of Christmas boost on Boxing Day as they host Brentford at the AMEX.

Brighton are without a win in 11 Premier League games ahead of this one with Graham Potter’s side winless in more than three months as they host Brentford.

Covid-19 cancellations have also played havoc with their fixture schedule with Brighton waiting on four PCR results in the coming days.

However, there is some positive defensive news for Potter with Adam Webster and Shane Duffy back in the squad but midfield anchorman Yves Bissouma misses out with a ban.

Brentford’s own Covid picture appears to be clearing with Thomas Frank handed some crucial returns.

Ivan Toney is back fit for the Bees with Rico Henry and Matias Jorgensen shaking off minor knocks in good time to play.

And this one wraps up the Boxing Day action with an 8pm start at the AMEX Stadium.
