Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel will be forced to shuffle his options tonight as the defending European champions head to Serie A giants Juventus.

On the back of defeat to Manchester City last weekend, Chelsea would have been looking for a stabilising performance in Turin.

However, despite intentions, a flurry of injuries means enforced changes tonight.

Reece James’ injury against City means he joins Mason Mount and Christian Pulisic on the sidelines with N’Golo Kante remaining in London after testing positive for Covid-19.

Thiago Silva looks set to replace James in a rejigged back line with either Saul Niguez or Ruben Loftus-Cheek stepping in for Kante.

However, Tuchel could also recall Trevor Chalobah and Callum Hudson-Odoi for some squad minutes as
Tuchel looks to keep fresh for Southampton this weekend.
