18 wins and 10 points clear, Manchester City’s bandwagon simply rolls on, as Pep Guardiola’s side picked up a ruthless 1-0 win at Arsenal.

Raheem Sterling’s early goal proved enough to clinch for City as Arsenal missed the chance to put pressure on the Europa League spots.

The visitors were straight out the blocks at the Emirates as Sterling put them in front inside two minutes.

Riyad Mahrez bamboozled Kieran Tierney out wide and Sterling outjumped Rob Holding to head pas Bernd Leno.

City did look to cruise on from there, as Leno denied Sterling and the returning Kevin De Bruyne lashed wide.

But despite dominating the first half, City were unable to find another gear after the break, as Arsenal looked to force their way back into it.

Mikel Arteta threw on Nicolas Pepe and Emile Smith-Rowe to force an equaliser late on but with Ruben Dias and John Stones on lockdown mode the Gunners were unable to find a way through.

Full Time from the Emirates Stadium it’s Arsenal 0 Manchester City 1
