Liverpool will battle it out with Real Madrid next summer in a big money scrap to sign PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe.

Jurgen Klopp has been heavily linked with a move for the French international, but, the Reds have declined to make an offer due to PSG’s £150m asking price.

However, with Mbappe now refusing to sign a contract extension in Paris, French newspaper L’Equipe are now reporting PSG will cash in early on their star man.

Liverpool are rumoured to be willing to go as high as £120m for Mbappe, but Real Madrid have the deeper pockets at this stage in what could be the transfer story of 2021.
