Liverpool have been granted permission to play their Champions League clash with Real Madrid in the Spanish capital.

The Reds have been drawn against Zinedine Zidane’s side in the at the quarter final stage in a rerun of the controversial 2018 final.

However, the game had be thrown into doubt due to Spain’s current restrictions over travel into the country from the UK.

UEFA and Real Madrid have now confirmed the first leg on April 6 will take place at the Estadio Alfredo di Stefano with the return fixture at Anfield eight days later.
