Jurgen Klopp look set to swing the axe at Anfield this summer with growing reports claiming he could sell up ten players this month.

The Reds boss has been instructed to clear deadwood in his squad before he can make any further new signings.

Marko Grujic has led the exodus in the last 24 hours, with a £15m move to Porto, alongside striker Taiwo Awoniyi who joins Union Berlin.

But the cuts don’t end there for Klopp, with Xherdan Shaqiri, Divock Origi and Harry Wilson all potentially on the chopping block.

Skipper Jordan Henderson has been tentatively linked with an exit based on his stalled contract talks.

But on the back of already losing Gini Wijnaldum this summer, Klopp will fight tooth and nail to keep his skipper.
