Can Wolves hold on to their Mexican star

Wolves are reported to have rejected a big-money offer from Juventus plus Aaron Ramsey in exchange for striker Raul Jimenez.

Corriere Dello Sport report that Wolves turned down the offer as they value Jimenez at £90million.

There was also a second offer involving Gonzalo Higuain but that was also rejected.

Jimenez has just under three years remaining on his contract and scored 27 goals for Wolves this season, so understandably the club is reluctant to sell him.

However, having played in Europe with Benfica previously, the chance to play Champions League football again may be tempting.
