Leicester City man Rachid Ghezzal could be on his way out of the King Power Stadium.
Ghezzal arrived at Leicester in the summer of 2018 from French side Monaco, but spent last season on loan at Serie A club Fiorentina after a difficult debut campaign with the Foxes.
Now the 28-year-old Algerian could depart the King Power Stadium permanently just 2 years, 1 goal and 19 Premier League appearances later.
It’s understood Ghezzal is keen to stay in Serie A with Fiorentina on a permanent basis, but Italian sports outlet TuttoMercatoWeb say the Florence club aren’t prepared to exercise the €10m option to buy clause.
Leicester aren’t averse to letting Ghezzal leave the club, and Fiorentina would like to keep him – however there will likely be some negotiating on that €10m price tag if he is to remain in Italy permanently.
