Can Norwich hold on to their young starlet?

Having turned down advances from Liverpool, Norwich are now receiving interest from Crystal Palace who have set their sights on signing 22 year old defender Jamal Lewis.

The Canaries are prepared to let him go but as yet no one has met their demand of £20 million.

The 22-year-old is in high demand among English sides this summer but the Canaries are holding out for a fee of around £20million if they are to let him go.

The Eagles, who made a move for the left-back during the January transfer window, would have to double that offer to get their hands on the Northern Ireland international.

Lewis is a real testament to the youth development at Carrow Road, having come through the youth ranks and played 100 times for the first team.

Should the sale happen it’s likely to aid Norwich in their attempt to sign West Ham striker Jordan Hugill.
