Crystal Palace wrapped up 2021 with a straightforward three points as they romped home to a 3-0 win over Norwich.

Patrick Vieira’s Crystal Palace side simply overpowered Norwich in South London as they cruised on to an important result.

The hosts set about things in ruthless style from the off in this one as Odsonne Edouard curled them in front from the penalty spot.

And with Vieira’s charges in full flight before the break the home side tied the result up just before the whistle.

Jean-Phillippe Mateta got across his man to steer home Edouard’s pass before Jeff Schlupp buried a third.

That took the game away from Norwich in the second period as Tim Krul’s reflexes kept out Mateta and Schlupp to ensure Dean Smith’s side avoided a walloping in the capital.

Full Time from Selhurst Park it’s Crystal Palace 3 Norwich City 0
