Chelsea are still in the race to sign Real Madrid full back Sergio Reguilon this summer, despite their growing links to Leicester’s Ben Chilwell.

Chilwell remains Frank Lampard’s first choice option ahead of the new season, but Reguilon is still on the Blues radar as a back-up.

The Spanish international is set to be part of an exodus of players from the Santiago Bernabeu in the coming weeks, as Zinedine Zidane looks to raise funds.

Reguilon impressed on loan at Sevilla last season, however, Julen Lopetegui’s side are yet to decide if they want to activate his purchase option.

If Chelsea do step up their interest, he could be a Premier League player for around €25m.
