Burnley are keen on a move for Monaco wide man Samuel Grandsir, according to the player’s agent.

Grandsir is blessed with pace and agility, and has appeared on the Clarets’ radar after an impressive season on loan at Ligue 1 club Stade Brest, in which he’s netted 5 times.

With Dwight McNeil’s future at Burnley subject to speculation following an excellent campaign, it would not be unwise for Sean Dyche to weigh up potential replacements should the England U21 international depart Turf Moor.

Grandsir could be one of those, and agent Badou Sambague has stoked the fire regarding a potential Premier League switch, suggesting that there is “interest the other side of the channel”, and a move to Burnley is “possible”.
