Brighton and Hove Albion are understood to be closing in on the signings of two Polish talents as the transfer deadline approaches.

Premier League clubs have until 11pm on Monday 5th October to complete any moves for overseas players, however there will still be the option to trade players domestically until October 16th.

Graham Potter is thought to be close to the capture of Lech Poznan midfielder Jakub Moder and Legia Warsaw utility man Michal Karbownik, with the Polish duo said to be prospects for the future.

Brighton newspaper The Argus suggest that the Seagulls will immediately loan the pair back to their current clubs.

Albion have been praised in recent times for their ability to unearth up and coming talents, with several players picked up by the club for reasonable fees going on to feature prominently for the first team.
