Aston Villa skipper Jack Grealish has received a last minute call up to Gareth Southgate’s England squad following an injury to Manchester United star Marcus Rashford.

Villa fans sent Twitter into meltdown last week, as Grealish was once again overlooked by Southgate, despite playing a key role in their survival push last season.

However, with Rashford forced to pull out due to long standing back injury, Grealish now has big a chance to prove his worth to Southgate.

England head up to the Arctic Circle to face old rivals Iceland this weekend in Nations League action, before the Three Lions then go to Copenhagen to face Denmark.
