Arsenal have been offered a possible boost in their pursuit of Fiorentina winger Dusan Vlahovic.

The Gunners are rumoured to be tracking the Croatian star after an impressive return of 21 Serie A goals last season.

Fiorentina president Rocco Commisso has confirmed Vlahovic has rejected a contract extension in Florence with his current deal expiring in 2023.

Commisso’s statement added how Vlahovic has turned down the chance to be become the club’s highest ever earner, as he looks to move on.

Arsenal could now make their move in the January window with Fiorentina set to quote them a price of £40m.
