Arsenal have sealed their place in the Carabao Cup quarter finals thanks to a routine 2-0 win over Premier League rivals Leeds.

Mikel Arteta opted to shuffle his options against Marcelo Bielsa’s side and it was to be his squad stars that eventually got the job done in North London.

However, despite enjoying the lion’s share of possession in the first half, the Gunners did struggle to create chances, with Bernd Leno called into action to superbly keep out Jack Harrison.

But, Arteta’s side did slowly up the ante after the break, with substitute Calum Chambers finally edging them in front.

And with Leeds inevitably chasing the game late on, it was former Whites loanee Eddie Nketiah who pounced on a defensive mistake, to bundle Arsenal into the last eight.
